Cancellation Policy
Resident in Hong Kong? We ask that you make a 50% deposit to guarantee your appointment. This ensures we can offer you one-on-one personalised attention from your chosen stylist throughout your visit, with no wait time guaranteed. If you cannot complete a deposit because you reside outside of Hong Kong, or you prefer not to, please let us know. We will do our best to make sure you get unrivalled service, but please expect that there may be some additional waiting time. All deposits will be deducted from your final bill. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you can do so online up to 48 hours ahead of your visit. We can hold your appointment for up to 15 minutes. If you are going to be later please call us to let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Your deposit will be forfeited after 15 minutes if you have not communicated with us ahead of time. These policies ensure we offer fair and efficient service to each and every client.
