Cancellation Policy
If you would like to make a reservation, deposit is required. Please send a copy of the receipt with your full name and we will send you a confirmation message for your booking. Deposit For Haircut/ Blowdry appointment $300 For Perm/ Colour/ Treatment appointment $500 Deposit is non-refundable and can be done via FPS or Bank transfer. The timeslot will only hold for 2 hours otherwise it will release to other customers. To cancel or rearrange your appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance, otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. Please note that you can reschedule just once with the same deposit.
